Patients Always Come First

At InStride Crystal Coast Podiatry, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our patients, from the moment we answer the phone until long after your appointment has concluded.

This means more than just providing the highest quality and most effective treatment options. It also means listening carefully to our patients, taking the time to perform a thorough examination, making the correct diagnosis, and developing a customized therapeutic plan.

And of course, it also means making sure you leave your appointment fully informed and educated about your condition, your treatment plan, and the best ways to improve your foot health and maintain an active lifestyle.

About Heel Pain

One out of four Americans will experience heel pain severe enough to keep them off their feet for an extended period. There are many potential causes, including poor footwear, tight muscles and tendons, significant changes in activity, and inefficient foot structures and/or gait mechanics.

Fortunately, more than 90 percent of heel pain can be eliminated without surgery if treated within the first three months of onset. At InStride Crystal Coast Podiatry we offer effective treatment plans customized to your specific needs.

About Ingrown Toenails

An ingrown toenail is usually a result of a nail shape where the corner, edge, or border curls and embeds itself into the nearby skin instead of growing flat. Over time, this can lead to significant pain, tenderness, swelling, and infection.

Fortunately, almost all ingrown toenails can be treated quickly, easily, and permanently in a single appointment at InStride Crystal Coast Podiatry. Most people can return to normal activities the day after the procedure, with minimal discomfort.

About Toe Deformities

Toes are incredibly complex for being so small, and unfortunately this means that they are prone to developing deformities and misalignments over time. This includes conditions such as bunions, hammertoes, capsulitis, and hallux rigidus.

Toe deformities should never be dismissed or ignored, even if they are without symptoms. Left untreated, they will only get worse. But if you seek help early on from InStride Crystal Coast Podiatry, we can often alleviate pain and slow the progression of a deformity non-surgically.

Patient Information

Our goal is always to ensure that every visit to our office is as smooth, efficient, and as stress free as possible—especially for first-time patients. On our patient information page, you will learn more about what you need to bring to your appointment, and how to get the most out it.

Our new patient paperwork is also provided so you can complete it ahead of your first appointment. We strongly encourage doing so, as it not only expedites your time in the waiting room but also ensures we have accurate, relevant information on which to base our treatment recommendations.
